Arrival Time & Late Policy
– Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled booking time and take your pup for a short walk
– Arriving more than 5 minutes late will be treated as a cancellation , with no refund. I will try to accommodate you if there are any open time slots.

Photoshoot Duration
– Sessions are for a duration of 10 minutes
– We ask that you arrive earlier so all booking times can run smoothly one after the other.

– Please wait outside and message me once you're here so I can come get you. Some dogs might be reactive to other dogs so I would appreciate you waiting until the other dog is out of the studio.

Client Usage
– Clients may purchase prints for personal use only. Images may not be sold or reproduced without written permission

Online Proofing & Image Delivery
– Proofing: Access to the online proofing gallery will be available within 2 business days of the session.
– Final Retouched Images: Clients will receive retouched images within 10-15 days from the date selected.
